The publication of this Album is an account
of the activities and services of the County Council for
the years 1994 – 2001. In 1994 Deryneia was upgraded from
a Development Council to a Municipality. |

This Album includes all developments which contribute
to the overall improvement of the County in general. |

Council free of charge. |

The contribution of the people of Deryneia in the
2nd World War |

This Album is a documentary of the
participation of the people of Deryneia in the 2nd
World War fighting bravely with the allies against
fascism. All these veterans – alive or dead – are
worthy of all praise and honor for voluntarily joining
the allies in their struggle against the forces
of darkness. |

The Album can be obtained at the offices of the
County Council at the price of € 8,50. |

All the above are included with additional
information about their origin, streets and lanes, streams,
animal pens, potteries, caves domes, threshing floors,
orchards and everything else concerning the economy of
the time between 1908 – 1913, and other walks of life.
A local map was printed with the help of the Land Registry
and it is included in the Album. |
